In the spirit of the Mesa Komal name, we seek to create community and foster conversation and connections through the kitchen.  Here you will find an overview of the opportunities to share a meal or learn a new recipe at Mesa Komal.  All events support the work of Conexión Américas.

Mezcla: Mix and Master Cooking Class

Join us once a month in our Mesa Komal kitchen for a cooking class and culinary adventure.  Highlighting the cuisine from a particular country, it will be an intimate opportunity to learn about the chef’s culture while enjoying some typical music and food.  You will experience new ingredients and unique recipes through the process of creating a fabulous dinner.  Proceeds support the work of Conexión Américas.

Mother’s Day Brunch to Benefit Conexión Américas

Sunday, May 11th || 10:30 am – 2 pm ||

On Sunday, May 11th, Chef Carlos Davis will be hosting a brunch buffet in honor of Mother’s Day.  This is a delicious opportunity to enjoy good food dining in our courtyard while supporting the work of Conexión Américas. 20% of the ticket price will be donated to Conexión Américas!  Make your plans to bring your mother and join us!

Relish Epicurea Supper Club

A celebration of Unique Foods from the collaborated perspective of Nashville Chef Carlos Davis. This event will feature the talent and creativity of Max Knoepfel, the new Executive Chef of the Music City Convention Center. Originally from Switzerland, he has worked around the globe including Canada, Washington, DC and New York.

The prix fixe menu is for a 5-course dinner.  Guests are welcome to bring their favorite wine, glasses will be available.
