Mezcla: Mix and Master Cooking Class

Join us in our Mesa Komal kitchen for a cooking class and culinary adventure.  Highlighting the cuisine from a particular country, it will be an intimate opportunity to learn about the chef’s culture while enjoying some typical music and food.  You will experience new ingredients and unique recipes through the process of creating a fabulous dinner.  Proceeds support the work of Conexión Américas.

Enjoy the evening learning Filipino – American cuisine from appetizer to dessert in this hands on cooking class with Filipina Chef Christa Fausto.
Surprise your friends and family next 4th of July with a unique FIlipino twist in some traditional American favorites, and enjoy your creations after the cooking class.

Enjoy an evening with Chef Kazuhira Hishida.

You will learn different types of sushi, elaboration and Japanese rituals around food.

This is a hands on cooking class where you will enjoy good company and learn new cooking skills.
